Easy Return Policy
We at Little Nests, aim to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are happy to help.Our customers can return or exchange a product by raising a request for the same on returns@shop.littlenests.com The following conditions should be complied with and noted to avail the return and exchange benefits.
- Website or the company should be contacted within 48 hours upon product delivery to raise a return request.
- The product and its original packaging, labels/tags and original bill/receipt should not be tampered with.
- The product has to be unused
- The return request will only be processed once the product has been received and checked for authenticity and quality by the company.
- Product returns allow the customer to gain store credit that they can use at any time. In a scenario where the exchanged product is from a different category than the returned product, any difference in the selling price will either be in returned as store credits or will have to be paid up front (no COD allowed) before dispatching the exchanged product.
- Products bought in sale or promotion cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note that we shall charge a handling fee of 10% of the product value on all returns or exchanges, which may be waived only if the product is defective or at our discretion if there is a genuine reason for the return or exchange. Once a return request is received and acknowledged, the product shall be picked up by our delivery partner within 7 working days
If we are not able to arrange the pickup for any reason, the customer will be notified about the same via email and/or call, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to dispatch the product along in its original packing at their own risk within 2 working days upon receiving such notification. Courier charges shall be reimbursed back to you on actuals or 10% of the product value whichever is lower. Additionally, Littlenests would provide assistance to pack such returns as per our standards and the customer shall be solely responsible for any further damage/defect, if any, that might be caused during transit, in such instances and if found considerable, Littlenests reserves the right to reject refunds in any form.
In case the Product(s) handed over is not returned in the same condition or it is not the Product(s) that was delivered (“Incorrect Product”), LittleNests shall not be responsible for any loss/damage, if any, caused to the Incorrect Product. In this case , NO return shall be processed and you shall be responsible for bearing the reverse shipping charges and arrange pick up of the Incorrect Product within 7 days of receipt from our registered Warehouse.
No returns of products purchased offline shall be accepted online through the website and it will be the customers responsibility to return the goods back to our registered warehouse in such a case.
Returns on cancelled order – In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled unless we think there is a genuine reason for it and a refund will be processed in the form of a credit voucher after deducting 10% handling charges from total purchase value.
Damaged, defected or mismatched product
Even though, all the products are quality tested before dispatching, in any unlikely scenario if you receive a product that has any defect or damage, please inform us at returns@shop.littlenests.com within 2 days of receipt of the product. We may ask the customer to share pictures of the delivered product to authenticate and understand the nature of the complaint. The damage will be assessed by us and if found eligible, a replacement, refund or some other corrective measure may be offered by us to address the issue. If the product can be repaired by us without damaging the quality, it shall be repaired and returned back to you. Littlenests withholds the right to deny returns of damaged/defective or mismatched products if the complaint is found to be frivolous or baseless.
If the defect or damage has not been communicated to us within the stipulated hours of receipt, we shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a refund or replacement. If the quality of any product(s) or service procured by you though our website does not meet your expectations, no further compensation will be given other than a refund, credit note or unique voucher for the product.
Refunds
The refund process will be initiated only once the product is acknowledged and accepted by Littlenests at its warehouse and complete quality checks and verifications have been made. Unless the customer notifies the website or company about the receipt of a damaged, defected or mismatched product and the company has reasons to believe the complaint is genuine, in such a case, the refund will be processed directly back to your credit card, debit card or bank account within 15 working days. In all other cases (including COD and Wallets), any product return will allow customer to gain store credit in the form of a unique voucher of the same purchase value, after deducting 10% handling charges.
Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter is correct. LittleNests will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
NO REFUND will be processed on COD orders or any interiors services rendered.
SHIPPING POLICY
LittleNests ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Charges:
The shipping charges are non refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the order, after the product has been dispatched. In case the order received by the customer is damaged or defected, shipping charges will be reimbursed in the refund.
The shipping charges can be modified by Littlenests at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow us 1-2 working days for products within Delhi – NCR, 4-7 working days for Metro Cities and 8-10 working days for Non – Metros and Remote Locations.
Priority Shipping
Littlenests also provides an option of priority delivery (1-2 business days) based on the product’s availability, shipping location, and delivery partner’s terms. However, the charges of the same shall be borne by the customer and the same shall be intimated upon order placement. The facility is not applicable under the COD option and would only be admissible for orders placed between 10am – 3pm on working days.
International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India
Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your correct mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in ensuring a faster delivery.
